  20.    சாவகத்தில் ஒரு   கலிங்கம் ... தென் கிழக்கில் .. தெக்கத்தியான் ( தெற்கத்தியான் ) எங்கே சென்றாலும் தேடி இணைக்கும் இனிய கதை இது - அன்புத் தமிழ்ச் சொந்தங்களே ..... கலிங்கம் என்ற ஒரு நாடு மத்திய சாவகத்தின் வட பகுதியில் செல்வாக்கோடு இருந்தது என்றும் அதன் அரசியான சிமா என்பவள் அற நெறி வழுவாமல் ஆட்சி புரிந்து வந்தாள்  என்றும் சென்ற பகுதியில் பார்த்தோம். பலருக்கும்  கலிங்கம் என்ற நாடு இந்தியாவுக்குள் மட்டுமே இருந்த ஒடிசா மற்றும் தெலுங்கானா பகுதிகள்  என்ற  இன்றைய பார்வையோடு இணைந்த எண்ணம்.  உண்மையில் கலிங்க தேசம் என்ற ஒரு நாடு இன்றைய இந்தியாவுக்கு வெளியேயும், சாவகத்தின் கடற்கரைப் பட்டினங்களைத் தன்னகத்தே கொண்டு இருந்ததா ?   அப்படி இருந்திருந்தால் என்ன ஆதாரங்கள் இருக்கின்றன என்பதைத் தேடி உங்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்று எமது ஆய்வு மனம் அரித்துக் கொண்டு இருந்தது.  இதோ .. வாருங்கள் இலக்கியம், பிற நாடுகளின் பதிவுகள், சரித்திரம் என்று ஒரு அலசல் புரிந்து வருவோம்.  குழப்பம் இல்லாமல் கூட வாருங்கள். ...
